She did her Masters in Educational Leadership and Management from Beaconhouse National University in 2009. Moreover in 1999, her high ambitions led to her to pursuing a teacher training course in Professional Studies in Education from Bradford College, UK.

Kindervale Preschool
Mrs. Tazeen Raza began her teaching career as a preschool teacher at the age of twenty-two. In 1997 she joined Beaconhouse School System and taught English language and literature to Elementary and Middle School students. She was promoted to Senior Mistress in 2000, a leadership role she held till June 2008. In August 2008, after earning a Gold Medal in Masters, she became an O/A-Levels Principal at Lahore Grammar School, serving the institution for seven years.
In 2015, she founded Learning Curve, a school and daycare offering preschool education and on-site daycare services to organizations like Telenor Pakistan and Global Shared Services in multiple cities. Unfortunately, the school and outsourced daycare services had to close in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the in-house daycare services for Telenor in Islamabad and Lahore, resumed in 2021, with the inception of Kindervale Preschool. Kindervale is currently providing in-house daycare services to Telenor Pakistan, Global Shared Services, Ufone and Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL).
In June 2021, Mrs. Raza established Kindervale, a preschool in DHA 2, Islamabad, which has earned a strong reputation over the past three years. Catering to children aged 3 to 8 (Pre-Nursery to Grade 2), Kindervale focuses on holistic development—cognitive, social, emotional, and physical. Mrs. Raza and her team design and implement a hands-on curriculum, emphasizing fun activities, child assessments, and continuous teacher training in classroom management and modern teaching methods.
